The rhythmic pulsations of habanera, Latin jazz and salsa heard everywhere, along with the dazzling chorus girls, added to the allure of the tropical island. After the 1959 revolution, many establishments closed and with that ended an era of Havana. The scent of Havana is inspired by my uncle, who was a sailor, and his stories about Cuba."
