The Inspiration

Our journey to create Golestan began with a visit to the Louvre in Paris in 2020. There, we stumbled upon a section dedicated to the Persian empires and their rich history, a revelation that left us mesmerized. The grandeur of the statues and the cultural heritage spanning over 5000 years ignited our curiosity. As we delved deeper into Persian history through books and images, we discovered the Golestán Palace in Tehran, also known as the Rose Garden Palace.

Built in the 16th century, this palace boasts ornate and figurative tile paintings that served as a wellspring of inspiration. "Golestán" translates to "city of flowers" or "garden of flowers," and it perfectly encapsulates the essence of this fragrance. While our journey to Iran was postponed, we created a perfume that transports you to the heart of a blooming garden, an invitation to breathe in the fragrant air of freedom.
